As a mum of two little ones, I know in my bones why breastfeeding is so important to you. I provide breastfeeding support that is evidence based but also understands your values.

I’m both a doctor and an NDC (Possums) practitioner, so I can assess both you and bub for any medical problems impacting breastfeeding, but also help you fix that latch (in NDC we call it ‘fit and hold’).

In your 60 minute breastfeeding support consultation, I will:

  • Take a full history of you, your baby and your breastfeeding journey so far

  • Examine you and your baby

  • Observe a breastfeed, applying the NDC ‘gestalt method’ to help with any problems you may be having

  • Diagnose your breastfeeding issues, including any related medical problems

  • Provide you with a comprehensive plan to improve things


Common issues we can address in your consultation:

  • Low supply

  • Breast and nipple pain and damage

  • Slow weight gain

  • Tongue tie / lip tie

  • Cow’s milk protein allergy / intolerance

  • Fussing at the breast and breast aversion

  • “How do I get out of triple-feeding hell?”
